Welcome to the world!
His name is Ivan Bogdan and he arrived on June 12. Liuba is glad to at last hold her little son in her arms. And I was blessed to be able to hold him also during the brief visit I had with Liuba last week. Is he not perfect?!
Five years of discovering new things and experiencing God's grace in Moldova have come to an end. Now I am back in Canada but so glad that you have stopped by to hear about my adventures. I'll be sharing more as the Lord shows me the next chapter in my journey. It's an adventure to be alive in Christ, to explore the world God created, and to experience the many cultures that enrich it. I hope that as you read, you too will see a bit of the love of Jesus and the joy of seeking God's Kingdom. The Lord loves you more than you can think or imagine!
"Praise the Lord, all you nations; extol him, all you peoples. For great is his love toward us, and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord." - Psalm 117
After five years of serving the Lord in Moldova, working together with an international team to train young Christian leaders, to mobilize believers into world mission, and to partner with the churches there in bringing the hope of Jesus Christ to the people of Moldova and beyond, I returned to Canada. I began this chapter in the lower mainland of BC, resettling on the west coast to be near my grandchildren. But I haven't been near enough so now I am moving inland to Kamloops where I can see them whenever I want! As I continue serving God through Stonecroft Ministries I welcome you to share the journey with me in this next chapter of my life. May God be glorified. "Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, o Lord. They rejoice in your name all day long; they exult in your righteousness. For you are their glory and strength." - Psalm 89:15-17
